Hau'oli La Aloha!!

Two days until Valentine's Day!!

Maybe you're going to get chocolate from someone special, or maybe it will be flowers or a special dinner date. I'd be thrilled with any of those special treats!

If you were to get chocolate, what kind do you love the most? I love dark chocolate. My favorites are Sees and more recently, Moonstruck.

As a different, special treat, I enjoy white chocolate. A couple years ago I posted a recipe for White Coconut Mango Bark.

Click to link to the yummy recipe--a special treat just in time! Enjoy, and Happy Valentine's Day!!

Aloha, and Mahalo for visiting!

  1. What's not to love about chocolate? My personal fav is dark chocolate almond nuggets. Is there any such thing as too much chocolate? I've yet to go that far LOL. The white coconut mango bark sounds interesting, especially since you can use pineapple! While I hadn't been a huge fan of white chocolate bark, a friend gave us some with candy cane pieces in it for Christmas and it was wicked addictive. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  2. Thanks for the visit, S and S! I think some white chocolate isn't good--waxy and no flavor, but good white chocolate is smooth, yummy and melts in your mouth--mmm mmm mmmmmm!!! Aloha! --Cheryl
