In Pineapples in Peril, Leilani has to have an X-Ray to determine if her arm was broken. That part wasn't fun, but the worst was to come! Hmmm, once you've read the book you'll know what I'm talking about.
Wouldn't it be fun if we could see some things with X-Ray eyes? Well, Leilani, Maile, Sam and yes—even Kimo—solve three crimes even though they didn’t have X-Ray vision to see through all the misleading clues, lies and evidence that didn’t make sense.
I hope you read and enjoy all three books in the series to see how clever these amazing young detectives can be--even without X-Ray vision!
I hope to see you again next Thursday as I continue through the alphabet, giving you little snippets of words from Pineapples in Peril, Menehunes Missing and Ukuleles Undercover (Books 1, 2 and 3 of The Hawaiian Island Detective Club.) It’s the ABCs OF THE HIDC!
Aloha, and Mahalo for visiting!
