WHAT you ask?
Let me explain! I'm getting ready for football season! Okay, so I'm not talking about Hawaii football, but I did go to the University of Hawaii's football games when I lived there. They were like any other football game--fun, exciting, lots of cheering. The big difference was the lack of cool crisp air, or rain, or blistering cold--ugh. I kind of enjoyed the feel of those Hawaii games.
Anyway, I thought you'd enjoy seeing a photo of my University of
Oregon T-shirt and Flip-Flops. My brother gave them to me--aren't they cool??
And for those of you who don't already know this about me--I do men's push-ups with the Oregon Duck mascot during the games. He does as many push-ups as the score. Oh man! That can be a lot of push-ups when the score gets as high as an Oregon game can get! My all-time high was 63 push-ups. Believe me . . . they weren't pretty and it about killed me! And when you add up the total of all of them--I can end up doing several hundred during an evening of a high scoring game!
Aloha, and Mahalo for visiting!

rock those flops! Joni
ReplyDeleteAren't they great, Joni?? I'm ready for Oregon football for sure. 'Course, won't be able to wear those flip-flops the entire season--my toes would freeze. Aloha! --Cheryl
DeleteHoly flip flops, I could never do that many push-ups! Love the flip flops!
ReplyDeleteYeah, well, I'm working on doing "nice" men's push-ups right now and can do about 25 before my arms want to give up. During the season I'll do more, but they'll be fast and "Not So Pretty!" Glad you like the flip-flops, Karla. Aloha! --Cheryl
